I book solely through my booking website in which a deposit & card on file is due upon booking.

By booking with me you are accepting and agreeing to all of my policies. Please do NOT book if you do not plan on agreeing with my policies.

Please do not book with me if you were exposed to covid or experiencing symptoms. If so, please cancel the appointment & I will make sure to fit you in after your quarantine.

For lash extensions:

I do not work on other artists work, if you still have lashes on from someone else it is required for you to book for a REMOVAL & FULLSET.

Anything after 3 weeks is considered a FULLSET and not a fill unless I stated to you otherwise. 3 week fills are $10-20 more than the regular fill price depending how much is left.

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged 50% of the service. Unless I state other wise.

Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee unless I state to you other wise.

No call No shows, will be charged 100% of the service. Please make sure to simply let me know.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee between $10-15 depending how late. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the appointment. Unless stated otherwise

Masks are OPTIONAL although this is subject to change

I accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App or Card (there is a 3.5% processing fee)

There is a waiting area when you come into the salon please wait there and when Im ready to take you I will come out and meet you!

You must arrive with CLEAN lashes, no eye makeup.

You must be washing your lashes everyday to get adequate retention, anything less than 30% left at your lash fill is considered a fullset and or will be charged an extra fee.

During the appointment please avoid texting or answering multiple calls as opening your eyes can cause discomfort and or burning.

I will always allow you to use the bathroom, put on headphones,etc whatever it takes to make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible! I understand laying down for 1-2 1/2 hours can be nerve wrecking. Please vocalize to me anything that is uncomfortable
